Description of Practice
I have been serving members of the Sacramento community in private practice for over 15 years.
I aim to create a welcoming and safe environment where you’ll feel comfortable sharing your concerns and challenges.
I use several techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and insight work, to support and motivate each client to help them move forward.

Anxiety (including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, & Specific Phobias)

In addition, I identify as a community mental health advocate and I am actively engaged in advocacy work around decriminalizing mental illness and promoting behavioral health racial equity. I serve on the Sacramento County Mental Health Board, and I also consult and collaborate with local social justice organizations.
